4. Utility Requirements

All vendors must bring their own tents, weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg), 50' extension cords, tables, and chairs. Stakes are allowed in the fairgrounds turf. Generators allowed for food trucks.

Rules & Regulations

Set up starting at 9:00AM 9/19/26. Vendors to be packed up by and vacated from the space by 12:00PM 9/20/26.

Vendors are selected based on product appeal to our target audience, professionalism, online presence, modern aesthetic, uniqueness, and availability within the product category. Acceptance into previous shows does not guarantee acceptance to future shows.

PGF hosts a curated marketplace. We do our best to select a diverse group of quality vendors.

If your application is denied you will be contacted by email and receive a full refund.

What to expect: As a vendor at our festival expect to connect with a community of like-minded creatives and an enthusiastic customer base excited to shop your wares at this outdoor event!

  • Vendors are responsible for providing all the necessary elements for their display (tables, chairs, tent, a trash can, etc). The beer garden area is ours to use - it has a bunch of tables and chairs plus two bars and 3 refrigerator options for vendors to use. There are 100s of barrels and several large dumpsters for trash - we will have them available and properly labeled according to OCM regulations.
  • Electricity and WIFI are not guaranteed and dependent on venue availability.
  • Payment is non-refundable.
  • Be prepared to fit into a 10′ x 10′ space. You may pay for 2 spaces if you need more room.
  • No Trailers Allowed without prior approval from ownership.

We do not allow unprofessionalism, negativity, or illegal items/sentiments. We are a community of people who support and encourage one another. As such, we will fiercely protect our community from any person(s) whose attitude is uncooperative, unsupportive, aggressive, demeaning, or degrading. Don't be that person.
