• Not engage in the sale or distribution of any substances
• Follow all venue rules and staff instructions
• Consume responsibly and know your limits

5. Cannabis Policy

Prairie Grass Festival is an educational and community event. While we provide cannabis education, we operate in full compliance with Minnesota state law. Attendees are responsible for understanding and following all applicable laws regarding cannabis possession, consumption, and transportation. Prairie Grass Festival does not sell, distribute, or provide cannabis products.

6. Photography and Recording

By attending Prairie Grass Festival events, you consent to being photographed, filmed, or recorded. These materials may be used for promotional purposes, social media, and documentation. If you do not wish to be photographed, please notify event staff.

7. Assumption of Risk

Attendance at Prairie Grass Festival events is at your own risk. By attending, you acknowledge that outdoor events may involve certain risks including but not limited to weather conditions, uneven terrain, loud music, and large crowds. Prairie Grass Festival is not liable for any injuries, losses, or damages that may occur during events.

9. Limitation of Liability
